About Hydro Connect 2008
Hydro Connect (formerly Connect) is cosily nestled among the glorious ancient grounds of an 18th Century castle in the Scottish
Highlands. The event is aimed at the more mature, affluent festival fan offering meals like smoked mussel risotto to be washed
down with a divine selection of ciders, lagers, real ales and wine.
Inveraray Castle acts as a spectacular and idyllic
backdrop for the main stage which hosts a variety of international troupes and home-grown acts with two other stages providing
alternative rock, folk, experimental and dance choices.
The boutique festival offers a range of accommodation including
PodPads, Tipis and basic camping.
