FROME FESTIVAL 2008

The small weaving town of Frome is just a stones throw away from the Glastonbury festival site. The annual Frome Festival is a celebration of the arts with entertainment ranging acoustic acts, bands and classical performances to tours, walks and literacy events.

Over the ten day festival there will also be films, comedians, dance and drama as well as workshops and visual arts. So the line-up can include anything from pub rockers The Stranglers to comedian Paul Merton filling the various venues including cafes, bars, pubs and chapels.
