The addition of Pure Reason Revolution and Mute Math completes the V festival lineup, while The Pipettes and Matisyahu have been drafted in as replacements for two bands who have cancelled their appearances.
The Concretes will no longer play the Virgin Union Stage, meaning The Pipettes will fill in for their Weston Park show on the Saturday (19 August), while Matisyahu will play their scheduled Hylands Park slot the following day.
There are still some weekend camping tickets for the Chelmsford leg of V Festival, so all you Matisyahu fans may want to click here to buy.
The Dodgems (Weston Park - Saturday, Hylands Park - Sunday) are another addition, replacing Love Bites as the opening act on The Virgin Mobile Union stage.
V Festival director Bob Angus said: “With just under three weeks until the festival, we are delighted to add the final touches to the line-up. Our vision at the beginning was to deliver a first class line-up that would suit all music tastes. The fans will let us know if we have delivered, but we are confident that we have!”
V Festival takes place at Hylands Park, Chelmsford, and Weston Park, Staffs, on 19-20 August, featuring Radiohead, Morrissey, Bloc Party, Faithless, Beck, Keane, The Charlatans, Fatboy Slim, Kasabian and many more.
