From the Isle Of Wight to Liverpool, The Strongbow Rooms provided one of the best party arenas of the summer - and that's the opinion of the DJs and artists who played there. Read it all here...
Eight festivals, three different designs of venue, one top of the range soundsystem for each, hundreds of DJs, dozens of live acts, and only the god of apples knows how may pints of Strongbow...
The Strongbow Rooms was one of the most well received areas at all the festivals it touched down at, with punters and performers all in agreement that the touring yellow venue was much more than just a promotional advert.
Organisers spent oodles of cash and months of planning to ensure an immense soundsystem and a killer lineup to generate an intimate and unique dancefloor vibe inside, with a relaxed and decadent boutique feel to its surrounding, wooden patio outside.
In keeping with dance music's revival, the arena was predominantly devoted to some of the freshest and most innovative festival DJs, including Justin Robertson, DJ Yoda, Rob Da Bank, Erol Alkan, David Guetta, Ashley Beedle, and many more.
There was also, for the first year, a really strong lineup of live acts with Kid Carpet, Caged Baby, Clor, Hot Chip, and British Sea Power just some of the acts involved.
As media partners, Virtual Festivals was present at every Strongbow Rooms event and captured all the action, as well as interviewed some of the bands and DJs who made it such a great summer success. Click on the links below for more:
