Named because it started out life as a few bands performing on two trucks stuck together, Truck Festival approaches its tenth year in ruder health than ever.

Proudly independent, Truck has a habit of snatching up unheard of bands, who by the time the festival kicks off are household names (eg, The Magic Numbers last year).

More than 100 bands of all persuasions and genres play across six stages, including the infamous Barn That Cannot Be Named, with various other side attractions in including food stalls, a kid’s area, market stalls, and bars.

Camping is available on the Saturday night but there are strictly no fires of any kind allowed. Also no dogs or glass. Parking is limited so organisers suggest public transport as the best option.
