Summer Sundae remains one of the most lively and well-organised small festivals in the UK, consistently boasting one of the most diverse and credible line-ups in the UK for its size. And you agreed, voting it ‘Best Small Festival’ in the 2006 UK Festival Awards.

The three-day event is set in the heart of Leicester and spans four stages, utilising the stately De Montfort Hall and its beautiful gardens. It boasts full camping facilities and organisers have even done a deal with NCP so that you can park safely over the weekend for next to nothing.

Recent acts have included Elbow, Gomez, The Magic Numbers, Patti Smith, The Bees, Super Furry Animals, Belle & Sebastian and Lemon Jelly. Expect a similar mix for 2007, as well as a children’s zone, tee pee village, market area and more.
