**Volunteer for bartending at RockNess 2011!**
Volunteers are given a ticket to the festival (or multiple festivals) of their choice in exchange for working two 6 to 9 hour shifts on a bar. Prior experience is not necessary as industry professionals are on hand to show them the ropes. Volunteers also get a meal and two free drinks per shift.

Festival Volunteer lets people choose their own shifts so friends can sign up together. And, fancy dress is encouraged, so everyone gets to be a part of the party. Click here for more information.

If you’ve already got your festival tickets why not travel by train? Most of the UK’s festivals are ideally located within a short distance of railway stations and often, the festivals provide a shuttle bus service to take you directly from the station to the site. Go green; take the train to this year’s summer festivals.
