End of the road for Essential Festival
The promotors of the Essential Festival (Essential Entertainments) have gone bust, owing nearly half a million pounds. Sadly, this means the end of one of the UK's most refreshingly independent festivals.
London Essential Festival Cancelled
Organisers have announced that the 2 day festival, due to have taken place in London's Hackney Marshes on the 3rd and 4th of August, featuring Morcheeba, The Orb, Aphex Twin and Goldie among others will no longer take place.
