CAMBRIDGE ROCK FESTIVAL 2008

The organisers' decision to move the Cambridge Rock Festival to the Wood Green Animal Shelter proved to be a success after the torrential downpours the festival season endured this summer.

The event's classic rock line-up is spread across three stages with the likes of Eddie and the Hotrods, Australian Pink Floyd Show and Dr Feelgood all performing last year.

The event's classic rock line-up is spread across three stages with the likes of Eddie and the Hotrods, Australian Pink Floyd Show and Dr Feelgood all performing last year.

The four-day festival has improved camping with permanent toilets and showers, caravan spaces, restaurant and coffee shop. There are clothes and craft stalls onsite, a vinyl and CD fair as well as some excellent food options. A full menu of real ales from the Fenland Brewery is also available over the weekend.less
