About Bunkfest 2010

Wallingford Bunkfest is possibly one of the only festivals you can get to by steam train. Then again its probably one of the only festivals that has gigs taking place on boats in the Thames, in carriages on the trains as well as pubs and music venues.

The three-day affair is held in Wallingford, Oxfordshire and attracts around 15,000 revellers who've enjoyed performances from the likes of Seth Lakeman, Bellowhead and Osibisa.

The eclectic musical line-up is complemented by dance displays, ceilidhs, craft fair as well as a superb selection of drinks served at the event's beer festival. Bunkfest also has storytelling, town tours, walks, displays and street entertainers.

Many of the music gigs are available to enjoy for free.
