Australia's East coast blues and roots festival returns to Byron Bay for its 19th year. This year the event will be housed at Belongil Fields, the site where the first festival was sited.

The five-day event draws big acts from far and wide with names like Ben Harper, Joss Stone and Wolfmother all gracing the stage at previous events. Bluesfest suggests the event only has blues acts but organisers actually select an eclectic line-up of international and national artists.
