Days: 3 | Capacity: 7000
Celebrating its fifth birthday by booking Sabaton on a UK festival exclusive, Bloodstock Open Air will return to Catton Hall in Derby with three more days off unadulterated heavy rock. With a taste for the best metal and heavy rock acts from these shores and the rest of Europe, the independent festival can expect some 7,000 headbangers over the weekend.
It may seem small compared to its larger European contemporaries but it still boasts two stages of live music, a market, bars, camping, metal DJs, a signing tents as well as the now infamous metal karaoke.
