Benicassim has evolved into one of Europe's highest profile music festivals, with thousands of Brits and Europeans making
the annual journey to Spain for four days of music, art, theatre, dance, fashion, short films and non-stop partying.
The
event consistently boasts one of Europe's finest band and DJ lineups across five arenas (one outdoor stage and four tents,
ranging in size). If that's not enough there's a beach close by and festival goers are invited to stay in the free campsite
for up to nine days (three days before and two days after the weekend swings into action).
We'd recommend hiring an
apartment in town though. The music doesn't get going until evening but continues right through the night, meaning the sun
rises as you fall! It gets pretty hot as soon as day breaks and hangovers in Spain tend to hurt a lot more!
