The Eighties Matchbox B-Line Disaster

"Grindcore Garage Punk Group from Brighton, UK"

Enjoying The Show? chaos and confusion. Paranoia reigns. Big Boy is watching you, them and us (especially us) all the time, 2nd guessing our every move. The only solution is PSYCHOSIS AS A POSITIVE FORCE. Audiences with jaws agape have been witnessing good psychosis at work as The Eighties Matchb÷x B-Line Disaster took to the road on a live rampage. the 'We Love The Tour" The Tour' rolled around the country in a stopstart, Warning: strobelights, shrieking, stomping frenzy, luring hotrodders and faeries to where the wild things were night after night. Mohawks in the crowd and a rising sun heralded the first single. 'Morning Has Broken', exploding from Radiate records, spurring a label fight, not to The Death but to No Death.

Guy McKnight, Andy Huxley, Marc Norris, Symren Gharial, and Tom Diamontopoulo have brought life to their own label ' NO DEATH RECORDS ', the future home of 'Team Meat', 'Whack of Shit' and 'Horse of The Dog' amongst other glories. Currently Recording their debut album in a particularly greeeen Lincolnshire church, the band are playing everywhere this summer from Mardi Gras to Midsummer's Nightmare.

'Morning Has Broken' also features on The new Sonic Mook Experiment compilation, "Future Rock & Roll", released on Mute's Blast First label on 10th June. The new album, on CD and double vinyl, is the follow up to last year's critically acclaimed Sonic Mook collection and features 25 tracks from some of the finest high powered Rock & Roll bands and dirty electronic acts emerging from the UK/USA.

THŰ Eighties Matchbox B-Line Disaster formed in Brighton on the south coast of england on new years eve 1999. They started playing a year later. They are aged between 18 and 22 years old. Big Boy is watching them but they will lose to win.
