Mic Conway's National Junk Band

Mic Conway is an icon of the seventies in Australia, performing for over a decade as Captain Matchbox of The Captain Matchbox Whoopee Band. In 1997 he joined Phil Donnison (a jug and National guitar player from way back), Jeremy Cook (with his garbage bin drum kit), Marcus Holden (fiddling legend of the Australian folk scene), and eventually Cazzbo Johns (a refugee from the Australian Ballet and Opera Orchestra) to form the Junk Band. Their official website is at nationaljunkband.com.
