The Heroes at Festivals
The Heroes are an Indie/Mod/Punk band formed in Leicester during April 07. They have had a number of member changes, but found the right line up in August 09. Their main influences are The Libertines, The Jam and The Clash, but there are elements and influences from much more. In 2008 The Heroes opened the Mainstage of the Summer Sundae Weekender 2008, built a fanbase and created the clubnight 'OVERDRIVE' which has proven to be one of the biggest clubnights the midlands have to offer.
