About Airbound 2009
Brought to you by the guys behind the infamous Bodytonic Arena at Ireland's Electric Picnic, Airbound is a new festival set
to make the most of the stunning Croatian coastline.
Located in the long lost festival paradise of the Pijina Penisular,
Petrcane, this intimate event will mix DJs, live acts, parties and the odd bit of relaxation over a single weekend.
Jape,
Chymera and DJ Kormac have already been confirmed for the bash which will see action unfold across a multitude of little venues
including a seafront cocktail bar and 60s style nightclub.
The Argonaut boat parties, which are set sail the Adriatic
Sea every day, will add that final thrilling touch.
The Airbound site can be found near the seaside town of Zadar.
International
flights run to Zadar itself and the nearby cities of Split and Zagreb. The town is also on the Croatian national rail network.
