Latitude

Set in the beautiful, sweeping grounds of the historic Henham Park Estate, Southwold, on the sunrise coast of Suffolk, Latitude was established in 2006 to bring something unique and different to the British summer calendar.

Organised by Festival Republic (who also run the Reading and Leeds Festivals) and inspired by the more laid-back and culturally diverse festivals in Europe (as well as the UK's Haye On Wye literary festival), Latitude is the thinking man's festival.

The Latitude line-up never fails to impress with the likes of Florence and The Machine, Tom Jones and Mumford and Sons previously taking to the stage. To rival the musical acts there is plenty of art, comedy, cabaret, poetry, politics and literature to get stuck into.

Latitude tickets are available with both camping and non-camping options.

However much fun you have during them, most major festivals inevitably leave you feeling smelly, dirty and primitive.

Latitude leaves you feeling stimulated and more highly evolved. Try it out. You'll be surprised with yourself.
