Bestival

Bestival is one of the last festivals of summer and takes place in one of the country's most magical parkland sites, Robin Hill set in the heart of the Isle of Wight - officially the 'sunniest place in the UK'. A beautiful 88-acre park of natural woodland, lakes, birds, titchy animals and greenery, it's a proper Garden Of Eden.

Bestival itself is equally magical. An adult's playground of pure escapism, it resembles a smaller, more futuristic hybrid of Glastonbury and The Big Chill. The music program is hugely diverse and hand-picked by Radio 1 DJ and Bestival curator Rob Da Bank, ranging from Pet Shop Boys to The Stranglers to Sasha to King Creosote.

There are several themed bars and loads more off-the-wall activities and side attractions to keep you entertained, with organisers constantly thinking of new, innovative ways to boost the festival going experience ? including the world?s biggest ever fancy dress party!
